Are users allowed to challenge mods decisions through PM?

It's in the rules but it's not really enacted.

No, that would make too much sense.

Mods decisions are final, Resistance is Futile.

They've already established that they can twist the rules around however they want in their favor, at this point the rules aren't even a suggestion for them, it's a weapon.
