Rocky Balboa vs MCU Daredevil with stips

Boxing match. Both at peak. Both told their loved ones will be killed if they.lose, so highly motivated.

Round 1: Matt without armor. Punches only

Round 2: No armor. Kicks allowed

Round 3: Armor allowed. punches only

Round 4: Armor and kicks allowed

Matt. Rocky shouldn't be able to realistically land a blow after what he showed in S2 and Defenders.

Ugh. What a slaughter. Poor Rocky.

If this is Rocky 4 then Rocky wins. Matt couldn’t phase him at all. Rocky took multi ton punches for 12 rounds and was fine at the very end. Plus Apollo couldn’t phase Drago with punches and Rocky was able to hurt Drago.
So whenever Rocky catches Matt then it is over..
