I guess depleted Plutonium can't be fashioned into armor piercing rounds like depleted Uranium anyways, so its no matter.

I'm siding with the Plutonian.

To me that's a +trans level character against a high herald in the Silver Surfer.
Plutonian did some comical stuff, like carrying the weight of half a solar system on his shoulders, while he was in a vegetative state. The same weight was liquifying physical planet busters.
