2: Physically weakest. ie: no tp, magic, transmutation or esoteric abilities in general.

How does Luke Cage solo Homelander?

Homelander can fly, Cage would never catch him. Whereas HL could kill Cage with heat vision from safe distance.

Cage wouldn't even feel Homelander's HV, tbh.
