You seem trigged, chill, we moved on days ago from the title.
Are you going to address the fact that you didn't read the article you posted, and that no sexual abuse is mentioned, making the very title of this thread bunk?

back to topic.
So, I'll ask you: was Trump sexually abused as a child, as the topic asks?

So why should anyone believe what this niece have to say?Not saying she’s lying, but it is sketchy, I’ve never heard of her until she wrote this book.
Originally posted by ScribbleGood you are moving on, so she is a journalist... A little more credible than a politician.

Um, I get you want to make the thread about me. But we have moved on Surt mentioned emotional abuse and neglect as did I. This is a discussion about Trumps issues. Move on.

My own opinion would be that Trump does show some signs of neglect, which is common amongst rich families. It's nothing that out of the ordinary, and plenty of people who deal with neglect don't develop the kind of narcissism Trump displays. But many do, and Trump likely falls into that category — attention seeking, essentially.

Originally posted by Old Man Whirly! The hair and tie thing can just be a symptom of being rich, as many boys have servants to do all that for them — but that can also be seen as a form of neglect.

I don't think I've seen a particular lack of empathy from him, he's just not a stereotypical 'bleeding heart lib'.
Honestly in private I think Trump is highly insecure, and so a lot of his exterior personality is a show to hide that. But that kind of personality can develop whether someone suffered abuse or not.
Originally posted by SurturCompletely agreed. I'd say Hilary Clinton is considerably more narcissistic than Trump, and I don't think she even hides it well.
Trumps personality is like a lot of the rich elites. The only difference is they have filters and he doesn't.
No way he's somehow more of a narcissist then, say, Pelosi or Clinton. They just hide it better, but oh lawdy what a fly on the wall has probably heard these people say in private...
Trump's main public 'issue' is that he plays into it — but that's exactly what makes him appealing to some, that sense that he's at least being honest, instead of hiding behind a virtuous veneer.

Trump needs to learn to pace himself.
I thought he gave a pretty good 4th of July speech. But then less than 48 hours later he starts talking about Nascar and bubba wallace. Pretty much giving people all the excuse they need to ignore the speech and focus on the stupid noose bullshit.
Originally posted by SurturI think it's too late for that, he's old and likely way too stuck in his ways. But for an older guy, he could be a lot worse. He could be babbling about liking having kids jump on his lap and stroke his hairy legs that turn blonde in the sun.

You are right about that main issue, though: as President, he needs to learn to step back from every single little issue or meme that crops up. It's too divisive and gives his enemies unnecessary ammunition. He should just focus on the big picture stuff, for the most part, instead of tweeting all over the place.
