Standard gear for BWL is some Robin's who are literally bullet sponges, probably some guns, a virus that eats your scrotum. He basically has whatever he needs to win at hand at all times from what I've seen.

Prep? I’d say BWL. In less than 2-3 years, this guy pretty much defeated every major cosmic betting he needed to... with no difficulty and the most absurd PIS.
