I'm not sure WW can win this. I don't think she can hurt him at all.

Can the lasso compel Hulk to do anything? For example, can she say, "calm down and become Banner" and Hulk does it?

If Hulk can beat her, he wins, but if he can't, he loses. Top notch.

Unless he hits her first. Thunder clap, or speed blitz. Sentry speed blitzed right into a punch to the face. That was when the Green Scar was at a much lower level of power. I personally think that this is an uphill battle for her. Could she pull the win? Sure, but only if that lasso works as intended. For all we know, it could drag Devil Hulk to the surface.
