I don't care how many times this has been done. I still like talking about it.

In terms of power and saber skills alone, Anakin takes this. But Windu has Vapaad, shatterpoint, and he was able to disarm Darth Sidious who at that time was a greater duelist than Anakin.

My gut tells me Mace.
