Clearly, she does care. It is the entire premise of her argument against Bashar Teg. She cannot have it both ways. What Scribbity Scribs did, IMO, was demonstrated that an outsider can quickly jump into the GDF, see all the bullshit that's going on, quickly call it out, and then leave while all the same bullshit continues.
