Superman should be able to take the gauntlet

If Iron Man could do it, Superman could do it. If not, this would suggest that the "nano affinity" between the gauntlet and Tony's armor would be more powerful than Superman's raw strength and speed.

Tony didn't take the IG during Infinity War.

Superman is fast enough to swipe the gauntlet before Thanos even knows he's in a fight.
