Could the Mafuba contain the Imperiex's essence?

Like Brainiac 13 did?

If Imperiex himself was standing in front of them, it might be possible.

The Mafuba could have contained Immortal Zamasu, after all, and his essence when released was capable of overtaking that entire universe/timeline.

Probably could have overtake much more, considering that Zamasu's energy was about to start overtaking Goku's timeline also.
