Mortals using hakai energy?

Since we know the destruction energy from a GOD can be overcome if the other fighter's ki is higher (see Golden Frieza vs. Sidra's energy and GOD Toppo vs Vegeta), then is it also possible for a sufficiently powerful non-GOD to learn how to produce hakai energy themselves. like they could with any other normal attack?

I assume its similar to god ki. Probably with a ritual or something, but you can't figure out just with push ups

I mean, Vegeta more or less achieved god ki with push ups.

In the manga Goku actually used Hakai energy against Immortal Zamasu. Even stated that he stole the trick from Beerus.

And why would he even bother if hakai energy can't kill true immortals? 😬

Dunno. It *seemed* to be working, but it was erasing Zamasu at a much slower rate, so he was able to regen from it.
