Hulk durability is so far above Zooms that its borderline funny comparing them. Any Herald withstands this punch. Some easier than others.
1) White dwarf star punch is not an infinite mass punch.
2) Zoom's "rest frame durability" is pretty much that of a normal human. However, he is a localized time manipulator so he can enter a "time frame" in which stuff around him is significantly slowed down. A brick wall, or even a dwarf star, does not hurt your face if it barely moves from the point of view of your face (assuming we ignore the effects of the star's gravity, radiation, etc.).

Also, Flashpoint WW was kiiiiiinda the same, but he only hit with the 'mass of a small moon'. But alt. WW etc.
So then you acknowledge the idea that Flash can, and has hit with variable intensity while using the IMP? The one used in that scan would be tanked by the Hulk. I see no reason to say that he doesn't clear this, especially since the Hulk grows tougher as his strength increases. We saw several examples of this. He didn't even notice Cl 100 punches while standing still, and at a weaker level Wolverine noticed how he had gotten tougher.
