Just general qsns :
1.wasn’t so sure in rebels is maul stilled considered a sith : because obviously he’s against sidious and doesn’t call himself darth etc just maul .
2. When Maul dies fighting Obi and says to Obi “he will avenge us etc” etc is he still a sith then or?
3. If Maul is still a sith with regards to above when Sidious does that ritual to absorb every siths spirit in ROSW is Mauls spirit also absorbed etc I take it it will be ?
What’s does canon says about all the above ?

What does "light sith" or "grey sith" mean to you? He's just a dark sider at this point who is no longer apart of the Sith I don't see why it needs a title.

Yeah, "Sith" is just a title... A title Maul lost after the events of TPM, but a title nonetheless.

Obviously Maul no longer being a formal Sith didn't change his affinity toward the dark side. If anything post-Revival Maul was more immersed in the dark side than ever.
