Let us examine why anyone who believes this is not an intelligent person(so I guess whirly would fall under that). This is what Rob asked:

Except I didn't say Bill Clinton was guilty. I said "intriguing" in the post where I linked the article. I also found humor in the story coming out the day he was giving a speech. So to me, lying about someones position is not a good faith question, but something in fact a weasel operating in bad faith might do.

And just so Rob knows: any response that contains anything other than "you're right you never said that" or tries to play games and say "you implied it" will be ignored. As these people should simply be brushed off from now on whenever they try this stuff. It's why you should just ignore lestov too. The worst thing you can do to these little men is ignore them. They will not be able to stand it.

Don't know why Rob thinks Bill hasn't been directly accused of rape. He obviously has from several women.

Even if Rob acknowledged that, it still wouldn't change the fact he asked a question in bad faith, then threw a fit when ignored and tried to gaslight people into thinking it was asked in good faith.

Which is why I say: ignore them unless they are dealing in good faith. And if you can't tell whether or not they are? They probably aren't.
