You can use any version of OKT as you deem necessary, as long as it's canon to him (Earth-14412).

So we can make three rounds:

1) RKT vs. standard OKT

2) RKT vs. All-Black OKT

3) RKT vs. Phoenix Force OKT

No he doesn't RK Thor would remove All Black from his hand and do the exact same thing that he did to Loki to OK Thor. This wouldn't be some kind of struggle back and forth, RK Thor would easily dominate.

I don't know about that dominating part on 2 or 3 but he should definitely win the first one. The last two have more actual combat feats though.

RKT takes the first round. OKT takes the second round in a good fight and probably takes the third round as well.
