If Trump loses is it ok for him to start and investigation into his opponent?

Yes. Unless there is a bogus arrest I have no issue with investigations happening. With how corrupt our politicians are the more investigations the better.

The problem is our politicians are corrupt, which means chances are the person instigating the investigation into potential corruption will have corrupt motives for doing so. Like Obama had corrupt motives for trying to find shit on Trump.

And if the investigation is sign off in like “try and find something on my opponent and if you can’t then make something up and arrest him” then yes that is a problem. If it’s just the first part then I don’t have an issue because then an arrest will only be made if the opponent actually committed a crime.

Then you have the Barr type who will subvert truth and justice for their boss.
