1) it's red, not yellow,

2) he's also shooting it from his mouth.

She-Hulk cheapshot-punched Sentry from behind to the ground, while he was giving an interview. That's after he threw her a couple of city blocks away and she had to return with a taxi. He then stood up and she couldn't do anything to him other than running away.

If I remember the implicitly of Sentry is that his power stems from Bob and goes back to Him. So Bob could open box’s for example and later it could be a scientific heinsberg answer and all kind of other examples that don’t even start how insanely powerful he is.

But you are not understand is that these showings prove that someone weaker than Rulk can hurt Sentry. If Sentry was so far above those guys (like a fly to a human) then getting kicked in the nuts would barely be felted.

Sentry has the ability to alter time by devoting his attention to say a more of dust. At least that is how himself explained his power at a molecular level to start with and he said it was even far greater than that.
