Who is Anole and why are you the only one who makes threads with him/her

He is almost as powerful as Invisible Woman in practicality.

Is he a Marvel or DC character or belongs to another company?

He camelflages. Pretty much the only thing that can beat him is a telepath.

Found him, but from whst I've read he has limited superhiman strength and can camelflage against any background, only chance of beating Ororo is if he can get his hands on her which isn't too likely.

You’ve heard of the Trojan Horse. He can pull that off easily and take the whole thing for the win.

Only by catching her off guard, so maybe yes.
