Atuma vs Black Manta

Who wins at the bottom of the ocean?

If this is a brawl, I'm pretty sure Attuma would maul him.

Plus, Attuma had an upgrade.

@Stilt
Upgrade? Explain? 🙂

Made Men. We talked about it like a dozen times already.

Before Fear Itself, he got boosted to Namor levels, which explains why he's performed well against Waid's Indestructible Hulk.

black manta is one of those villains that doesn't make any sense

Dude that upgrade was/is suspect AF. He's been killed and resurrected since then and we don't know if it's still around.

Hulk wouldn't even register attacks from base Attuma.
