Im not a lawyer, this kind of question requires far more ethical perspectives than we are likely to provide here. Of course when a woman loses a baby even intentionally you can expect some blow back. This is not ever a simple situation.
Do you think a woman who is 8 months pregnant and gets a back alley abortion should be punished less severely than a woman who gives birth and immediately chucks the baby off a cliff?

i think it needs far more fleshing out as a scenario. A single answer to a question like that will never hold.
Okay. Woman is 8 months pregnant and finds out her partner is cheating. Dumps him, decides she just doesn't want his child now. Gets a back alley abortion.
I think this would have been alot easier to dispute if you just used the expression ending/termination of a life rather than murder.
Murder is a legal term.
I almost thought this was going to be a thread about violence in black communities, they vote left. Even if their violence isn't dictated by their political views it's still left leaning individuals pursuing mass violence 😉

Left-wingers kill almost a thousand innocent, defenseless unborn babies in this country every single damn day.No one so much as even bats an eye over it. But, sure... it's "da right-wingas!" that are da real threat... riiiiiight. 🙄
Hey, retard, you know that conservatives actually get more abortions than liberals, right?

How many of those are black too?
^ The try-hard angle aside, at least they're being honest. They don't believe a woman has a right over her own body.

Trying my best to fact check this.
I'm struggling to come up with any answer.
Is Gallup polling over time on pro-choice vs. pro-life:
https://news.gallup.com/poll/246278/abortion-trends-party.aspx
Recently more Dems are becoming pro-life.
I found some very old data from 1996 on abortions and it clearly shows far more Democrats get abortions than Republicans and it also shows a downward trend of Republicans getting abortions, too (but this data is 24 years old):
http://www.roperld.com/politics/abortions.htm
This one is more recent but it doesn't distinguish party affiliation:

I would say that getting an abortion, you are automatically within a group of people who are pro-choice or pro-situational choice. Women are, on average, more liberal than men. Women of color are also more likely to be Democrats than men, as well. Every marker points to the fact that more Democratic and more liberal women would get an abortion than the opposite. Everything I can find in the data also points to this.
Do you have an alternative source that is far more recent than 1996?
