Super-Perfect Cell vs. SSJ2 Gohan

Both during the Cell games.

Both start fresh, but Goku is not there to aid Gohan in any way.

People will always be split on this.

Personally I think they were peers, with perhaps an edge to Cell... But if Gohan digs deep and taps into that latent potential(which was ALWAYS hyper-wanked in Z), he surpasses Cell.

You see him doing that without Goku tutoring him?

Without Goku there to push him, I doubt it.

And Vegeta also wouldn't be here to distract SPC with a blast.
