Can HP Doomsday and Darkseid Break The Chains In UP And The Sky?

Started by wxyz13 pages

They can do it.

Superman has NEVER had dynamic strength, that's been a myth that's been casually debunked for years now across the forums. SPIDEY, and Hulk are EXAMPLES of dynamic strength, period.

How do you keep this up?

Superman has more dynamic strength than Hulk

Then that's fine. We can make our arguments, the mods can rule, and in future if anyone goes against that ruling then we can report them. Simple.

I go by canon facts, you know on panel. Which Superman has never demonstrated. Not a "mod ruling" or however you dudes work around here. I'll change my opinion when he proves it in a comic, nothing more nothing less

That's fair enough.

Constant rule breaking earns bans, either way. If the mods rule that he has no dynamic strength, and I keep insisting that he does....then I'm breaking the rules on purpose, and will eventually get banned from here. And it would be permanent.

I've seen that dynamic-strength-challenge of yours going back and forth for over 10 posts now, but at no point did you take into consideration that you two might have differing definitions of "dynamic strength".

What is dynamic strength in your opinion?

Is it strength that increases exponentially under certain conditions? Like for example Hulks strength the angrier he gets and the longer he fights? Or Brolys power, which continues to grow, unless he surpresses or unleashes it? Or Max Damage, whose physical abilities increase the longer he stays awake? Or Sebastian Shawn, who gets stronger and more durable the more kinetic energy he absorbs?

Or is it strength with unknown limits based on a characters mental blocks / morals / and so on? Me personally, I wouldn't call that dynamic strength.

One could argue that Superman has partial dynamic strength due to him being able to absorb solar radiation for additional power... but I really don't think that you can compare that to the characters from my dynamic-strength-example. These characters don't need an external source to increase their power. Take the Sun away and Superman won't have dynamic strength any longer. While even Sebastian Shawn will still get stronger, if you punch him or throw rocks at him.

Your second definition. Superman has mental blocks that he can remove and then access a whole new level/levels. Whilst you may not call it dynamic, JBL asserts that no such mental blocks even exist. So we can fine-tune the argument even further, and clarify that the debate is whether Superman has mental blocks which prevent him for tapping his full power, but when the chips are down he can drop them and hit unknown limits.

It's not about your max number. It's about how much you restrict yourself. Spidey holds back ALL THE TIME. In all his abilities. Assassin Spidey for instance is Spidey as a precog, taking his spider sense to it's logical conclusion. Pete tests and stretches his abilities far less than ANY character in comics

Cool, Albert. Keep your powder dry, save your ammo and we can hash it out there. Then however the mods rule, we will have to abide by them, and if we don't like it, we can either stop posting here or get banned.

If someone have dynamic strength, why would they need to sun dip to achieve greater strength?

Why sun dip here?

Why sundip here...

These are just some of the instances. Why sundip or even need to sundip when you have dynamic power stored in you that can achieve certain fts?

Not saying that he does or doesn't have it but i can see where an argument can be made.

I can see many people are itching to take me up on this. Very well!!

Remember, people, what happened to the Hercs ruling.....if you guys feel a certain way, be prepared to fight for it!

If you wanna argue that Superman holds back more than Spidey, than you can make a topic about it and I'll gladly contribute to it.

My topic is as before.

Superman has mental blocks which prevent him from accessing his top power. Could be subconscious, or conscious, not the point - the point is he has mental blocks.

Thus, when the chips are down and Superman is needed to save the day, he drops them, and accesses another level of power.

If nobody takes me up on it, that's fine. Again, remember what happened to the Hercs thread.... nobody like Carver posted, and the forum now has a new ruling 🙂.

Not surprising if they do it in a comic.

what a coward. IT is right, you know I’ve never had a BZ that’s why you’re running from DS. 😂

Well ok jr I accept your BZ and I’ll prove superman has dynamic strength.

Put the stips, format and prize. I know i may not be the right person to BZ with my limited comic knowledge but I know i can be on Drugs and still outsmart you

I have 2 positions available. Supervisor and assistant secretary. By the way broly, one of my boats lost both motors to a large underwater rock, hope you're happy.
Stop making excuse you talk the talk acting like you’re some rich big shot. I’ve never once claimed anything like that plus finding approval from strangers online means nothing to me. You don’t even live in the same country as me you complete moron.

Anything other than proof from you now just confirms you’re full of shit and a complete and utter coward.

What kind of nonesense is this. He never claimed to be super rich. He could be or he isn’t but You’re an idiot because how is he supposed to show you he can match when you haven’t even shown or proven what you got.
Present your proof first and then he can see if he can match or not. And why does he have to match when he never bragged about his wealth?
