Nope. never been debunked.

Every year scientists concede more and more evidence pointing to the importance of genes regarding difference in intelligence.

And of course, blacks still have lower IQ's than whites of the same educational level.

It's just a case of eliminating factors, and here genetics best explains the difference.

It's not their genes, they carry the same potential as everyone else.

There are average group differences in all sorts of places. For example, black people of west african descent make better runners, and the difference is purley genetics.
