Doom.

We already know he has incredible willpower.
He is inventive with powers (like when he jacked the FF's)
He knows Surfer and the PC inside out.

He wins.

Doom could simply recreate the machine he used to siphon power cosmic by the ring and game over.

Doom.

Fight me Alberto

zopzop Lord of the Great Abyss

Honest question : With all the crap Doom has learned over the years does he even need the ring? I mean not only is he more or less in Reed's league in intelligence and tech, he's also one of the most powerful mages on the planet.

Doom wins.

LordGod Shaper of Reality

If Doom knows how to use the ring, he definitely wins.
