It seems very unlikely that the Biden campaign bought it, a prank seems much more likely imo.

You can buy a domain and make it redirect but it is a nice troll, for whoever did that.

Of course you can always look up the owner of the domain if they didn't pay extra for privacy, I'm not going to do that though because it just feels like the troll from the domain is real🙂
