Superman for me. Not killing regular mortals and finding a different way is inspirational to me. It’s easy to be good when things are going your way. Superman sticking to his ethics despite horrible shit makes him stand out imo.
And he’s not above killing world Enders like Darkseid and Doomsday. They have no redeemable qualities.
Batman and Joker is kind of stupid though, yes. That guy should be put down as a matter of principle.
