So frieza, who was only put down by his own attack mind you, had a body that was already compromised was mostly intact after a planet exploded on it, and that somehow translates to boros being able to punch him out? Get out of here

Okay, but that is kinda an irrational stance.

It would be like if argued Planet Vegeta’s destruction also doesn’t count because SSJ2 Vegeta released all his energy in the Buu saga and did less than a city busters worth of damage to the actual planet.
