Definitely a case of if he can blitz her before she can activate her shields

Can’t Spider-Man ground people and repell and strike like a lightning bolt at a person. If he does it from a skyscraper the way Warpath jumped from one once he’d be able to strike like lightning and only feel the hit he puts out like massmaters cloud form. As well as his jackhammer.

Armor should win eventually...

Unless Spider-Man basically covers her in layers upon layers of webs dense enough to block oxygen flow (I'm assuming her armor is porous enough to allow her to breathe).

Suffocation may be his own way of putting her down.
