Abhi himself could post nanosecond, picosecond, and higher feats all day for Superman. As far as I know, no such feats exist for Dragon Ball, with the possible exception of Whis's interplanetary travel feats.

Relatively recently, he rebuilt the moon.

What has any character who is not a dragon from Dragon Ball, at any point in the series, done that is remotely comparable?

I could be wrong, but didn’t piccolo peak during the Android saga. When he stalemated with android 17. Nothing in that fight proves he can hang with Supes.
Recently, superman and mongul were bouncing from planet to planet in their fight, like the galaxy was their playground. And this was a serious, but restrained Superman. Piccolo has not showed that level of power.

Trying to figure out how that proves Supes can beat Piccolo. Mangog did the same thing and he would be a snail to Piccolo.

Much faster regen in the Buu Saga:

Then you have him controlling detached limbs and beating Mystic Gohan in DBS.

Which Piccolo? Cell saga Piccolo beats Superman, before that loses.

He definitely got stronger. Schooling mystic gohan is a huge ft. I guess that puts him at ssj3 levels right?

Gohan dropped his guard and Piccolo used it to his advantage.

We see Gohan sparring with Super Saiyan Blue Goku afterwards, so it's still a very impressive feat.

DBS Piccolo also can spam the battlefield with his clones (which dissipate after getting hit once, but still). He's full of surprises.
