Vegeta never used it t drain someone of their normal ki. Maybe it doesn't work on just anyone.

Which would break my fan fiction of Jiren coming for a rematch with Goku, dissing Vegeta as beneath him, and being spirit fissioned into the dirt.

The power Moro absorbed became part of his normal ki... And Vegeta punched it out of him. So based on what we know right now, the technique would conceivably work on *any* ki/energy user.

I'd be more interested to know if the technique can also work on artificial life forms(like the Androids.) I doubt it, though.

So if Jiren managed to train back up to where he and Vegeta were relative to the ToP, do you think his trick would give him the upper hand?

And he can probably simply counteract ki with a "cosmic chapstick", as he has in the past, so that the energy would simply wash over him no matter how powerful.
