I always liked the friendship between her and Justice Scalia. They apparently had dinner together all the time and were best friends and had immense respect for each other despite differing very much politically.

Word is Murkowski and Romney have both said they would oppose any attempt to fill the seat before the inauguration. Collins has said in the past that she would do the same.

Wow I had no idea Ginsburg health fell to such an extent.

Trump and McConnell are absolutely going to replace her, or push for it, despite Mitch stalling in 2015/16 for a year under the “We can’t replace in an election year”.

McConnell already released a statement saying Trump’s nominee will get a vote.

I don't think they'll be rolling back any of the popular rights already voted on. If they do, I'm not really upset that churches won't have to sermon gay marriages.
