Here's me telling you that more unarmed white men die from police every year, both in total number and when compared with how often they commit violent crime. Blacks are also far more likely to resist arrest, meaning that "AllLivesMatter" closer to the mark in humanitarian sloganeering. Pretending that blacks the systemic victims of white power is not going to make them less violent and gives them a scapegoat to for even more black men to become criminals.

Neither party is responsible for the rioting. the rioters are.

That said, one party does tend to support the rioters by doing things like bailing them out, refusing to prosecute them and giving them mostly good news coverage.
