Edit: unless WW is referring to there being no sound of it being fired. Which makes sense, as Honor's Cone of Silence has a limited range (hence the 'cone'😉

I think Wonder Woman stomps to be honest, she recently blitzed Superman out of the way as he tried to intercept fast objects, and wrecked the Phantom Stranger with her lasso.

How is it not blitzing if Superman tried to intercept fast objects, and Wonder Woman came from the same direction and blitzed him out of the way without him being able to react, if that is not blitzing what is?

Diana came out of nowhere to tackle Superman who had no idea she was there.

How is blitzing a more distracted Circe more of a blitz than blitzing a less distracted Superman? He did more moves, but that is to be expected considering the different situation. And i don't even think new 52 Circe had good reaction or speed feats.

Why would Superman need to know that if he is in the same moment trying to intercept fast objects, why would he lower his reactions in such a situation? And Wonder Woman came like the souls from the front, it is not like she came from behind or so:

That interpretation is straight up ridiculous, like as if to assume she couldn't fly cause she didn't in that moment. I accidentally confused it with new 52, but even considering that it was rebirth before Wonder Woman's upgrade after godkiller Cheetah striked, had Circe still not the reaction or speed to prevent even that Wonder Woman from blitzing her.

Superman was speeding towards the path of the souls, and then tried to intercept them from the front, that was when Wonder Woman came from the same direction like the souls at that point after coming from the planet she was on and blitzed him out of the way:
