With that being out of the way, Superman wins easily, like almost any herald would against any other herald if the nerfs are so uneven. Just 1 arm behind the back of someone with multiple ways to attack without their limbs against making someone blind is ridiculous, Wonder Woman would do better than most because she has feats for that nerf, but it is still a way too big nerf in comparison.
