Frieza should be unstoppable, but his hax training seemed to stop working so good after his RoF return.
Goku/Vegeta each got vastly more powerful between RoF and the ToP, thanks training in the RoSaT for 3 days/years + training with Whis a bunch + receiving massive zenkais/powerups from the U6vsU7 Tournament, and the battle(s) with Black/Zamasu. That said, Golden Freeza was still shown to be equal to SSB Goku just before the ToP -- and he got that much stronger just by constantly image training while he was trapped in Hell. IOW, Freeza was able to make such an astronomical gain just by thinking about fighting, lol.
During the ToP itself, however, the heavy implication was that Goku/Vegeta had surpassed Freeza by a HUGE margin(again, thanks to all the zenkais/powerups.)
...But as of the Broly film, Vegeta still believes that Freeza poses a legitimate threat to he and Goku, and states they should continue rigorously training just to prepare for the inevitable fight with Freeza... So it would seem that Freeza had closed the gap once again.
tl;dr
Freeza should win. His stupidly OP durability/stamina(showcased when he endured a non-stop beating from SS Broly for a fuggin HOUR) should give him a huge advantage.
Goku and Vegeta are just better than Frieza, thats it.
And no one should take feat Frieza taking a beat from Broly seriously. Broly wasnt holding back because of his madness... that means in that state Broly wasnt capable of killing Frieza. Thats was a comical relief, it shouldnt be taken seriously, even though it happened in anime.
SS Broly still destroys everyone from newest manga, except MUI Goku and Moro (also not Jiren, but Jiren isnt there).
