Or they can just do single payer like the rest of the developed world.

More choice?? We have plenty of choices lmao they're all super expensive and inferior to nationalized plans that don't result in mass bankruptcies of consumers.

Trump spoke highly of single payer on Letterman years ago when he was a private citizen and now he's not interested.

Once upon a time Trump had a functioning brain that held some decent ideas. Now he's just everyone's loud-mouthed idiot uncle who ruins thanksgiving.

Yum, Thanksgiving

What explains Americas' reluctance to do what nearly every other developed country in the world has done on healthcare?

I don't disagree with any of the 3 pillars in Trump's healthcare plan.

It's a step in the right direction but it is only like...1/100th of what needs to actually happen.

This is a win for all Americans, however. It is a slight improvement on the terrible ACA but we really just need an affordable UHC like Medicare Advantage for All.

Poor people getting something at free or heavily subsidized prices makes Americans viciously seethe.

All the ideas are fine. But the fact is it’s just symbolic mouthwork. You can’t do these things via executive order.

This plan is interesting. It looks better than the ACA. With this healthcare you can keep your doctor and your plan.

LOL.

And yet all Americans would benefit from it.

Lobbying.

That same lobbying falls on deaf ears in Canada.
