I was under the impression this is a fight, didn't read the op lol
but if it's strictly power output, thor would be on the top of the food chain, godblast alone is beyond high heralds level as far as power output
however if it's 1 on 1 I don't see how thor beat gladiator, when gladiator is just too fast for him
surfer and thor is always gonna be 50/50 if they fight in comics, but surfer have superior feats in general, I don't see how surfer would lose in a forum setting, despite writer favoring thor in their comics encounters
