Quicksilver vs. Loki

Quicksilver is ever elusive. Loki is much the trickster. Where lions roam!
Who wins?

I don't think Quicksilver has the output to KO Loki on average before the latter goes intangible or something. But I can change my mind.

Speed increase with waiting so he’d be able to matriculate anything thrown at him like he did against that plant guy.

Silver is gonna land a lotta hits but I don't see him doing any serious injury
