He doesn't. Majestic is atleast High Herald but closer to trans, Orion is HH imo, Black Bolt is mid and Ikaris is low.

Yes I'm reading, you said in the OP that strength is equalized for this thread, but with all other powers in play Majestic or maybe Orion takes this, Ikaris is still at a disadvantage.

How is Ikaris outclassed when his stats are equal with everyone else and he has at least a few esoteric powers beyond the basic flying brick powerset?
