Hellboy (2019 film) vs Suicide Squad (DCEU)

The demon hero Hellboy is fighting against the villain team Suicide Squad in this death match!. who wins.

Location: Gotham City

Note: Enchantress is absent.

The only real threat is Deadshot since its never made clear just how bulletproof Big Red is...unless they addressed it in that movie. I didn't watch it.

Edit: Whoops, had a brain fart thought he meant the 2000s version.

I haven't seen the new one. Heard it was awful and I didn't want the disappointment.

And while Katana's blade could pose a threat, Red fought pretty well against Nuada on multiple occasions. Once while drunk. As long as he can keep his arm between them he'll be fine. But yes shooting her is a valid option lol.

Does he get Excalibur for this?

Eh sorry. I deleted the post content because I messed up on the version in the thread. But yeah, regarding OG movie Hellboy, that's why I said Big If. Because, as pointed out, Kroenen was also hella fast and skilled (to the point where he could casually deflect bullets back at the shooters), so it's not like just anyone could even get that kind of hit on Hellboy. Because, as you say, it's not like his opponents get any less skilled with Nuada. So, even if the sword can cut him, she'd actually have to land a hit, assuming he doesn't just shoot her.

No idea how the new version stacks up though. The trailers made me cringe and then I heard it was awful so I skipped it.

Yeah i...I I couldn't watch it either. And I really wanted to. But aside from the opening scene where the Asian guy gets punched by Red to make him turn into a werepanther and the dream sequence where he sees himself slaughtering humanity with Excalibur, I didnt watch it.

Y'all are tripping. It was every bit as good as the second one.

Hb1(original)>hb1>hb2 (original)

As far as action and dialogue goes. The story itself mehh tho

No, it is superb and easily the best.
