Not commenting on who wins, but I don't recall Hal ever making a miniature star. I remember Kilowog making a construct that simulated the pull of a star. but it didn't actually do any damage.

Random Chitauri blasters put a hurting on Hulk, as did many other things in the movies. Hal producing a fan/drill that bored through hundreds of feet of Parallax with no problem isn't something he can just shrug off. And the spring as I mentioned launched a fully loaded gas tanker up to skyscraper height and those things are about 30,000lbs, which is insanely heavier than Hulk. But he also can just grab him with ring energy and fly him to space. He's fast enough to reach the Sun from Earth in seconds, so to get from ground level to orbit would be very quick and we see that strength doesn't help much against TK crushing you from all sides like Wanda vs Thanos.

As for the one-shot, Hulk needs to get past his force fields which are pretty damn durable.

Riv made a good point though. In character, he will put up shields and they simply won't stand up to a hit from Stormbrsaker.

I think he loses to phase 3 but beats the rest.
