I have my doubts, personally.

That also assumes Majestic can sword-blitz faster than DD can react... Which I also have my doubts about.

DD has some sort of brain/nervous system, so... Maybe?

But as mentioned: I really don't see the Kusar blades causing significantly more damage to DD than an all-out strike from a massively amped Superman(wielding a New Genosian sword) caused... Assuming Majestic's sword-blitz connected at all.

And also, fully decapitating DD means that Majestic would also have to cut through his skeletal structure... Which has withstood Entropy:

The creation blades are his only chance.

He has common knowledge (Plus his genius intellect, so he should quickly realize that Doomsday will (1) Pound him into paste and (2) Non-sentient killing machine, so perhaps he can score a win via decapitation. Otherwise, he gets killed.
