Perseus has no real way to win this because he'll be frozen in time as soon as Arthur stops up his Exaliburnado.

Well yeah, Arthur only gets his powers when he's holding Excalibur. Without it activating his bloodline or whatever, he's just a really skilled and tough human.
Even without the lightning sword, Perseus is still a demi-god.
