Is Shaman the end of evolution or does Darwin scry new synchronized powers that defeat even magic?

I know. But I’m not talking about oblivion. Quite the opposite. Can Darwin survive if every rock and tree and creature has a spirit and a name. Every object and shred leaving no evidence for evolution to copy from.
