Spider-Man vs. Kitty Pryde

I choose Spiderman. He embarrassed the entire X-Men during the Secret Wars, but that was way back then...

Not seeing how Spidey can really touch her in phased form.

He just needs a garbage can lid and he can take her out the same way he did Shade.
