How about teams of them?

Stryfe smashed a whole coalition of various X-Force folks, with multiple women. Psylocke, Storm, Domino, Boom Boom, Hope, and their male teammates all got subdued pretty handily. Would have gotten Spiral too, had she not teleported away. Even after the surprise TP stab from Cable and Spiral, Stryfe still had them dead to rights. (Not all depicted in these shots, but they were present and shown in other panels/pages.)

Even when they beat him later, it took them enlisting a squad like this. And they still might have lost had it not been for hax-y people like Sauron. (And he still didn't "die". Just turned into a more powerful evil spirit lol.)

And as DarkSaint asked, are there any stipulations here? 1 on 1? A certain time period? Mr X vs Black Widow? Gorgon vs Wolverine/Elektra? Those count?

It's definitely awkward he's made our win condition "show me chicks getting beat up." lol.

I actually think a better question is what are these unfair, "girl powah!" moments? I see people say it a lot, but I don't really witness it much. Just feels like some folks go crazy when a girl wins a fight, and blame the "girl powah!" boogeyman.

so you presented few moments here and there. i can just say female ultron and the entire X of swords storyline and it trashes your scans like nothing. only those 2 i mentioned are full of powerful intependent woman destroy weak pathetic man like nothing while standing over them. i am mostly talking about marvel for the last 5 years.

Also, i mostly refer to 1 on 1 fights. i mean sure when there is the casual bad guy boss figure wrecking teams, there isnt as much emphasize on the female vs male thing as in 1 vs 1 fights.

Well, no. You said that women were always beating foes that should outmatch them. As I said before, Female Ultron has super powers. She was very powerful so it's no surprise she did what she did. X of Swords, again, superpowers. I can't really think of an undeserved victory there, aside the from the troll contests that weren't actually fights.

As I said before, it sounds like you're just upset when women win fights. Can you actually show examples of women unfairly winning against more powerful people simply due to "gurl powah!" as you call it? Then, can you show it happens more often than men winning those type of fights?

I think you really need to do some self-reflection on the topic, and why you feel this way.

Everything I posted, minus Shen Kuei vs the B.A.D. girls, was within the last five years. Your Female Ultron was from 2007 though, and it doesn't quite support what you're saying. It doesn't matter that she was smaller than Ares, and had dat ass(Shout out to Frank Cho. He loves drawin' butts). She's a superpowered individual, so she's as strong as her powers make her.

As for your new stipulations--off the top of my head, Blob clowned on X-23. Shadow King tooled Psylocke. Captain Marvel vs Hulk is another, as Darksaint said. Sebastian Shaw did kill Shadowcat, although I suppose prep was involved.
