How far up the power scale can Silver Surfer go with a GL ring?

Given the PC and his will power with the added power of a Green Lantern power ring, Who's the most powerful person he could down?

I'm trying to think about what benefits could a GL ring do for Surfer?

If he created a opening to space he’d be able to expand the power cosmic

He has all that and he doesn't have to worry about being manipulated by little blue despots. Time dialation, I'm not sure about actually, but I don't see that as a meaningful addition.

Defense enough to have someone with planetary level power. Durant change the fact that planet's worth of gravitational force trying to crush his neck didn't crush it or even cause visible damage.

Defense enough to be at the core of a planet, and it's not the only time.

And his shields have withstood, for a short time, a blast from a Warrior Madness Thor with the Power Gem. Just don't see what the ring would add.

Stop ABHI. Surfer is FAR more durable than any Lantern. Even with their shields up.

SS was certainly impressed with the ring in the Silver Surfer/Green Lantern crossover.

GL ring gives autoshields. They can take punches from Superman level enemies without dying. The green aura protects them against such attacks. So an enemy has to bypass the aura shield before getting to Surfer's own durability. This is like stacked armor which makes Surfer more durable.

Surfer can also use the ring to create a shield on top of his own shield.
Plus GL can make far larger Shields and constructs (constructs bigger than planets).

But at least you now agree with the time dilation ability.
