James Bond vs Jason Bourne

This thread isn't about who would win in combat, but who is the better agent.

Let's say you have an important mission you need to get done - who would you hire?

Also overall how would you rate them relative to each other?

For example if I think Bond is better, then if Bond=10, what rating would you give Bourne?

To help you out, I have a few scenarios/missions, but you have to factor all of them in:

* Assassination of highly protected mobile target in a city.
* Stealing documents from secure embassy
* Tracking down mobile (traveling globally) with little info.
* Agent is captured, cut off from all resources - must escape.
* Kidnapping a protected target.
* Withstand interrogation and torture.
* Solve a murder mystery as a detective
* Dropped into a jungle armed, and must eliminate a drug lord located 50 km away.
* Infiltrate the elite ranks of a crime family by going undercover.

Personally, I think Bourne would be the better agent.

But if I were to go through my own scenarios:

* Assassination of highly protected mobile target in a city.
___Bourne, its kind of his thing.

* Stealing documents from secure embassy
___Bourne, he has done something like this already - breaking in CIA.

* Tracking down mobile (traveling globally) with little info.
___Bond, he does this all the time, and tracks targets over the globe more.

* Agent is captured, cut off from all resources - must escape.
___Tie

* Kidnapping a protected target.
___Bourne

* Withstand interrogation and torture.
___Bourne, he has the training to not break if we look at some of the other assets.

* Solve a murder mystery as a detective
___Bond, being a people person helps.

* Dropped into a jungle armed, and must eliminate a drug lord located 50 km away.
___Tie

* Infiltrate the elite ranks of a crime family by going undercover.
___Bond, he has the charisma.

In the end, Bourne still edges out.

Bourne 10, Bond 9.

No offense, but you kinda answered your own thread, although imo Bourne would win all scenarios 10/10 flawlessly, because he was literally trained to be omnicompetent (aka able to pull off ANY mission)

The one thing Bourne lacks is the social/emotional intelligence of Bond. Bond is way ahead in that department imo, which is important for espionage.
