I guess Juggy is somewhat more of a jobber than Big G --- Big G at least had that fairly recent showing when he was fighting everyone.

Because Galactus and Juggernaut are used almost exclusively to demonstrate how powerful another character has become. Galactus especially has almost no stories centering around his character anymore.

Galactus is supposed to have a mindset that is on scale with the past tenses of all science. He needs to fight the Fantastic Four more.
